Movement for Movement’s Sake

Movement for Movement's Sake is a documentary about the role dance plays in three modern dancers' daily lives. Following a teenage dance student, a recent mother, and a professional dancer/teacher, the film explores how each woman's relationship with her body and her dancing changes and grows in unexpected ways. The film was produced and directed as part of the summer 2015 Colorado Documentary Project in collaboration with Rocky Mountain PBS.
